Financial Controlling & Planning Analyst

About the role

Join Haleon’s finance team as a Financial Controlling & Planning Analyst, supporting market‑level forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Planning & Forecasting Lead and in‑market Finance Director to ensure accurate financial plans and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP) and standards setting (FLIP) for the market.
• Develop and maintain financial models for sales, COGS, A&P, OPEX, P&L and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against actuals, ABP, prior year and prior forecasts, and provide clear commentary.
• Submit forecasts into BISON and own the annual cost‑flip process.
• Produce internal management reports (e.g., MPR) for executive leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of general ledger, financial reporting and statutory filing experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship‑management and organizational skills.
