Financial Controller – Hospitality

About the role

The Financial Controller will act as the strategic financial leader for the upcoming Vivanta Bhogapuram hotel in Visakhapatnam. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will shape and execute financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Track actual sales and expenses against projections and identify variances.
• Provide analytical support for cost‑saving and productivity initiatives.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets.
• Lead the creation of comprehensive business plans and monitor their execution.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance professional, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work at executive level and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
