Financial Analyst – Remote (Bangalore)

About the role

The Financial Analyst will provide critical analysis to help management understand the financial impact of business decisions. Working remotely from Bangalore, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for internal and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare variance analysis, financial reporting, and daily/weekly/monthly client reports.
• Audit forecast data, update items during the budget process, and build monthly forecasts with input from internal clients.
• Support the finance management team during annual budget creation and monthly forecast cycles.
• Prepare and post accrual, amortization, re‑class journal entries, staffing models, and intercompany billing files.
• Review actuals versus budget, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain global financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate data for internal customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the travel or service industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
