About the role

Envision Beyond is seeking a Finance Trainee to join its finance and accounting team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for fresh graduates who want to launch their career in finance, offering hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic financial statements and reports.
• Support day‑to‑day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Participate in data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation tasks.
• Help the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis under supervision.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc financial projects and audits as required.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a B.Com degree or a degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong interest in building a career in finance and accounting.
• Good analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
