Finance Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Executive to manage daily financial processes, ensure accurate revenue reporting, and support cross‑functional teams. The role requires strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile revenue across PMS, FMS, OTAs, payment gateways, and ERP systems.
• Validate daily collections, identify discrepancies, and monitor pending collections.
• Verify homeowner payout and collection calculations for accuracy.
• Coordinate payment processing, track approvals, and monitor settlement status.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and provide operational/financial analysis to management.
• Work extensively with Zoho Books, PMS, and internal systems to validate data and reports.
• Collaborate with the technology team to resolve system and data issues.
• Ensure finance processes, internal controls, and company policies are consistently followed.
• Maintain supporting documents for month‑end activities, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Assist Operations, Reservations, Guest Relations, Sales, Property Management, homeowners, and vendors in resolving finance‑related queries.
• Investigate and resolve operational finance issues promptly.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and enhancing workflows.
• Perform ad‑hoc finance and operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience handling large volumes of operational and financial data.
• Hospitality, travel, e‑commerce, or service industry background is a plus.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis).
• Zoho Books (ERP system).
• General ERP system proficiency.
