Accounting Manager

About the role

Join Benchmark Gensuite as an Accounting Manager in Bangalore, leading the monthly close process and ensuring statutory compliance across regional entities. You will work closely with global internal audit teams and drive AI‑enabled improvements in accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close for multiple regional entities and manage independent P&L.
• Prepare, review and present monthly financial reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including GST reconciliation and TDS return filing.
• Participate in global internal audit procedures and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and integrate AI‑driven process enhancements.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant certification (ICAI membership preferred) with 7‑10 years of audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS or U.S. GAAP.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a strong work ethic.
