Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Operations Lead

About the role

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across its technology, e‑commerce, and training verticals. The role combines strategic planning, compliance oversight, and team leadership to support the company’s growth in India and the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities for every department and business vertical.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Supervise daily accounting, ensure accurate records, and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, GST, TDS, statutory filings and coordinate audits.
• Develop and enforce financial controls, policies and reporting systems.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management and collaborate with department heads on budget planning.
• Handle financial reporting for both India and GCC operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• CA, CMA or MBA Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounts or financial management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in IT, ERP, e‑commerce or service‑based industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
