Finance Manager – Procure to Pay (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) service line for our global DGFF regions. Based in Chennai, you will ensure high‑quality service delivery, support French‑speaking stakeholders, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Super User for PTP processes across finance systems, adhering to global SOPs.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, Regional Champions, and Global Service Center to execute PTP initiatives and improve KPIs.
• Handle ad‑hoc vendor and operations requests, review critical vendor accounts, and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Resolve debit balances, expedite urgent payment requests, and monitor aged payables.
• Lead PTP transformation projects, create SOPs and e‑learning materials, and train country users.
• Communicate system updates, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate with automation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (logistics, accounting, financial management preferred).
• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years in PTP delivery at a team‑leader or manager level.
• Fluent French (minimum C1 certification or French‑language graduation).
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑centric mindset, and flexibility to work shifts.
• Excellent typing skills, including numeric keypad.
