Finance Manager – Luxury Hospitality (New Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for a luxury hospitality portfolio in New Delhi. The role demands immediate availability and a strong background in the luxury hotel and wellness sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations and manage related filings.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to senior leadership.
• Implement cost‑control measures and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support business finance initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–11 years of finance experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, wellness, hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record in finance leadership and hands‑on management.
• Ability to join immediately or with short notice.
