Finance Manager – In‑Store Finance

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities for its in‑store business. The role partners with the business team to provide decision‑support through data analysis, financial insight, and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the finance partner for the in‑store business, owning financial metrics, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Prepare monthly P&L analysis, financial forecasts and support the monthly/quarterly close in coordination with accounting.
• Monitor and control OPEX budgets, benchmark cost productivity and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Facilitate financial review meetings, track progress on key business goals and provide inputs for business reviews.
• Perform ad‑hoc business analyses, financial modeling and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• Proven track record applying KPIs to drive performance and creating process improvements through automation.
• Experience identifying and executing opportunities to improve, automate or standardise finance tools and processes.
• Chartered Accountant qualification or MBA from a Tier‑1 institute (preferred MBA from a top‑tier institute or CA).
