Finance Manager – 5-Star Hospitality

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of a 5‑star hotel in Jaipur, ensuring accurate planning, reporting and compliance. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of budgeting, forecasting and cost control to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports, MIS and cost‑control analyses for senior management.
• Oversee audit activities, statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct revenue analysis and monitor hotel financial performance.
• Implement and maintain hospitality ERP/finance systems to streamline operations.
• Identify and execute efficiency and profitability initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder communication and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Finance Manager in 5‑star hotels or luxury hospitality brands.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage audits, compliance and statutory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Hospitality ERP/Finance Systems.
