Finance Controller – 6 LPA

About the role

The Finance Controller will safeguard and enhance the financial health of Kreative & Co. based in Navi Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position leads financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management while ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on cost optimisation and ROI improvement.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance, accounting and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar controllership role, ideally within an agency, media or fast‑growing business.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and high integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
