Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance function with accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post daily accounting entries.
• Manage purchase and sales invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and follow‑up.
• Operate Tally Prime for financial transactions.
• Generate monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Coordinate with the CA/Auditor for audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records.

Required profile

• B.Com or Commerce graduate (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently on day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
