Finance & Accounting Walk‑In Drive – Jaipur (June 27)

About the role

Genpact is hosting a walk‑in recruitment event in Jaipur on 27 June for multiple Finance & Accounting positions, including Accounts Payable, Record‑to‑Report and Order‑to‑Cash. Candidates will join a technology‑driven team that supports global enterprises with AI‑enabled financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit invoices, perform 3‑way match, non‑PO and GRN handling for Accounts Payable.
• Prepare month‑end journal entries, close activities, balance‑sheet reconciliations and statutory financial statements for Record‑to‑Report.
• Post daily receipts, manage collections, resolve remittance discrepancies and maintain accurate receivable balances for Order‑to‑Cash.
• Utilise SAP, Navision or other ERP systems to execute end‑to‑end finance transactions.

Required profile

• B.Com, BBA, MBA or qualified CA (LLB/Diploma not eligible).
• 0‑3 years experience for qualified CAs; 2‑10 years experience for AP, R2R or O2C roles.
• Willingness to work 24 × 7 shifts on‑site in Jaipur.
• Must bring two passport‑size photos, two copies of resume and original Aadhar card.

Required skills

• SAP or Navision (or other ERP) for invoice and payment processing.
• Invoice auditing, utilities invoice handling and non‑PO processing.
• Month‑end close, journal entry posting and financial reporting.
• Balance‑sheet reconciliation and inter‑company processing.
• Accounts Receivable posting, collections and discrepancy resolution.
• Understanding of 3‑way match, GRN and related AP concepts.
