Field Supervisor – Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor – Construction will manage a portfolio of elevator and escalator installation projects across government, commercial and residential sites in Bangalore. You will ensure safe, timely and quality‑focused delivery while meeting customer expectations and maintaining project margins.

Key responsibilities

• Site Safety & Compliance – ensure strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) protocols and Otis installation standards on all sites.
• Project Execution & Installation Management – oversee elevator and escalator installation activities, maintain project schedules, coordinate pre‑bid meetings with sales, manage site readiness and additional material requirements.
• Stakeholder & Customer Management – maintain relationships with customers, authorities and internal functions such as factory, finance, field engineering and logistics, ensuring responsive service and solution delivery.
• Team Management – lead commissioning engineers and field partner teams, monitor productivity and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong communication and team‑handling abilities.
