Field Service Engineer – Mechanical (5-6 yrs experience)

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer / Executive at Bosch Rexroth India, you will be the technical front‑line for our customers, ensuring high satisfaction on site and during zero‑kilometre deliveries. You will work on mobile and industrial applications, applying your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, repair and validate equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site fault finding, troubleshooting, assembly, dis‑assembly and testing of drive and control solutions.
• Manage project activities and prototype validation for mobile applications, meeting defined KPIs.
• Interact directly with customers and plant teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal service organisations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document service actions and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑6 years of relevant field service or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and internal interactions.
