Field Sales Executive – Veterinary Pharma

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will represent VetXplore Growth Solutions in Coimbatore, promoting veterinary pharmaceutical products to clinics, hospitals, distributors and pharmacies. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on building relationships, generating new business and supporting the growth of veterinary partners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit veterinary clinics, hospitals, distributors and pharmacies to present product portfolios and explain therapeutic benefits.
• Achieve and manage territory sales targets while maintaining regular follow‑up with existing and potential customers.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with supply and logistics teams, and ensure timely order processing.
• Represent the company at local events, conferences and promotional activities as required.

Required profile

• Proven field sales and business development experience with a track record of meeting territory targets.
• Knowledge of veterinary pharmaceutical products or the broader animal‑health sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities to engage veterinary professionals.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, including route planning and visit scheduling.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing customer needs and uphold a professional, ethical sales approach.
• Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and surrounding areas; a valid driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for customer data management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and analysis.
• Competence in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
