About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive new business and maintain client relationships in the Madhurawada area.

Key responsibilities

Identify, source and secure short‑term and long‑term pest‑control contracts.
Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer bases following the sales strategy.
Maintain client retention by ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
Prepare proposals, service agreements and manage day‑to‑day sales activities.
Provide customer feedback to the service team and generate required reports.
Assist with debt collection when necessary.

Required profile

Graduate or MBA graduate (freshers accepted).
Strong sales knowledge and effective communication skills.
Good interpersonal and networking abilities.
Ability to negotiate with clients and meet targets.
