Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Manufacturing Equipment

About the role

We are hiring on behalf of a client in the jewellery manufacturing equipment industry for a Field Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The role focuses on building relationships with manufacturers and dealers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and industry professionals.
• Identify and approach potential customers across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams on sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions to develop new business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong client relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based sales role.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings within Mumbai and surrounding areas.
