Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will work on‑site in Bhopal to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities for GIX Technologies’ AI‑driven digital solutions. This full‑time position involves direct client interaction, product demonstrations and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients and schedule in‑person meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present solution value propositions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow‑ups, negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve solutions.
• Participate in local networking events and represent the company at industry gatherings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Proven field sales and business development experience, including prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions, preferably in SaaS, AI or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with experience in pipeline management and CRM usage.
• Comfortable with regular on‑site client visits and local travel within Bhopal and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience selling technology or software products is highly beneficial.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, adaptable and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
