Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will promote Mediquity Technologies’ software solutions across Bhopal and surrounding areas, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in the software, technology, and healthcare sectors.
• Present product offerings and conduct in‑person demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams on proposals.
• Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in software, technology, or healthcare solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear product presentations.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and effective time‑management.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site client visits across Bhopal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software sales is an advantage.
