Field Sales Executive (Dwarka)

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Dwarka region. You will be the front‑line contact for new and existing customers, promoting our pest‑prevention solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure short‑term and long‑term pest‑control business opportunities.
• Develop new business within existing and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure ongoing expectations are met.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements and manage day‑to‑day sales activities.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team and assist with debt collection when required.
• Generate regular sales reports as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA graduate (freshers accepted) with a strong interest in sales.
• Good communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field.
