About the role
The Fiber Technician will support day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring that fiber installation activities are carried out efficiently and meet agreed service levels. This operational position works closely with project teams to prepare sites, coordinate resources and manage escalations when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Participate as an active member in project teams and contribute to important initiatives.
- Assist in conducting site visits together with the team.
- Coordinate site preparation activities to ensure readiness for resource and infrastructure ramp‑up.
- Perform installation functions in a timely manner to meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Handle escalation management to protect project timelines and quality.
Required profile
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Between 0.6 and 3 years of relevant experience.
