F&B Steward – Food & Beverage Service Support

About the role

The F&B Steward joins Aldovia Resort & Convention’s food and beverage team to ensure all service areas, utensils and equipment are clean, organized and ready for guest use. This full‑time, on‑site position supports restaurants, banquet halls and event spaces, contributing to seamless service during daily operations and peak events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain service stations, buffet lines and banquet areas.
• Polish, arrange and replenish cutlery, glassware and tableware throughout service periods.
• Assist kitchen and floor teams with equipment handling, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Monitor and restock supplies, linens and consumables as needed.
• Support waste‑minimisation efforts and adhere to resort sustainability practices.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational requests, maintaining a high level of service quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to learn resort procedures and participate in ongoing training.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks safely.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
