F&B Service Associate

About the role

The F&B Service Associate delivers memorable guest experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service in a Sheraton hotel environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Greet, serve, and interact with guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, service areas, and supplies.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
