Faculty – AI & Digital Marketing (Full‑time)

About the role

The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is seeking a full‑time faculty member to teach and develop curriculum on Artificial Intelligence applications and Digital Marketing for hospitality students at its Siliguri and Kolkata campuses. The role combines academic instruction with industry‑relevant project work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, labs, and project‑based sessions on AI tools, data‑driven marketing, and digital platforms.
• Prepare course materials, case studies, and assessment tools.
• Guide student research, industry assignments, and career development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to update syllabi and participate in academic committees.
• Support industry partnerships, workshops, seminars, and conferences to raise the institute’s profile.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing or a related field (PhD or ongoing PhD is a plus).
• Strong academic background with experience in teaching, curriculum design, and student mentorship.
• Professional integrity, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to engage diverse learners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience using marketing automation and machine‑learning based solutions.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, branding, and consumer behavior.
