Facility Executive Technical – Electrical Maintenance

About the role

The Facility Executive Technical will ensure smooth daily operations of plant and facility equipment at our Pune site. You will regularly inspect equipment rooms, follow predefined checklists, and coordinate weekend work plans with duty technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all equipment rooms and facilities, documenting issues using checklists.
• Guide duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as the first point of contact for maintenance requests.
• Engage vendors promptly for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Accelerate equipment moves, additions, and changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Certified to perform electrical or mechanical repairs (ITI electrician, wireman license).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical utility and machine maintenance.
• Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
