Fabricator and Welder – Industrial Metal Fabrication

About the role

Trust Metal Works is seeking a skilled Fabricator and Welder to join its on‑site team in Aurangabad. You will work hands‑on to turn technical drawings into high‑quality metal structures, supporting a range of industrial projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and fabrication plans.
• Measure, cut and shape steel, stainless steel and aluminium components using cutters, grinders and other fabrication tools.
• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, arc) to assemble and repair structures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.

Required profile

• Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Hands‑on experience with MIG, TIG or arc welding and metal cutting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and fitting components.
• Good knowledge of safety practices and proper handling of tools.
• Basic understanding of material properties for steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials.
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial metal fabrication is strongly preferred.
• Relevant welding or fabrication certification is an advantage.
