Maintenance Engineer – Industrial Equipment

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will be based on‑site at our Waluj MIDC facility, ensuring that all plant equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and execute both corrective and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test and maintain industrial machinery and systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and carry out timely repairs.
• Develop and follow preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to reduce equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialised services.
• Support root‑cause analysis and reliability improvement projects.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance engineering.
• Hands‑on expertise in preventive and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use maintenance tools safely.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
