Experienced Welder (Level IV)

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking an Experienced Welder (Level IV) to join its global energy projects. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality welds on moderately complex tasks while adhering to strict performance, quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment following moderately complex specifications.
• Plan and sequence welding operations to meet project schedules.
• Monitor and control welding processes, ensuring alignment with blueprints and specifications.
• Adjust and verify weld quality, making corrections as needed.
• Teach and mentor junior welders on techniques and safety practices.
• Detect problems early, raise alerts, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities and inspections.

Required profile

• Professional education or apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, welding, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven welding experience in industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
