Experienced Recruiter – Remote (Tamil Nadu)

About the role

We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition across multiple sectors, including IT, healthcare, finance, industrial, and sales, for clients primarily located in Tamil Nadu.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen, shortlist, and present candidates in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑up with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to handle hiring for multiple domains.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Own a laptop and reliable internet connection.
