Executive – Sales Commercial

About the role

The Executive – Sales Commercial will provide backend support to the sales function, ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers, efficient warehouse operations, and adherence to established systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer service metrics and order cycle times, collaborating with sales and customers to resolve material service issues.
• Support material storage and delivery for related businesses such as Home Improvement.
• Manage warehouse productivity, conduct regular stock verification, and control stock variances.
• Maintain documentation and legal agreements for warehouse operations.
• Implement and use the Transport Management System to improve route planning and customer service.
• Assess and propose infrastructure CAPEX projects for warehouses and sales offices, and oversee their execution.
• Assist regional commercial teams with overhead budgeting, freight cost monitoring, and vendor payment processing.
• Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, update compliance portals, and support audits (ISO, 5S, internal).
• Monitor safety parameters, conduct safety audits, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with at least 50% marks throughout education.
• Graduation must be through a full‑time course with no backlogs.
