Executive - Project Management

About the role

Sunburn, Asia’s premier EDM festival, is looking for an Executive – Project Management to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of its flagship events. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by our global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and administrative activities to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors for invoice follow‑ups and related documentation.
• Travel for site inspections and supervise on‑ground event execution.
• Plan, finalize, and close cost sheets for Sunburn Reload shows.
• Execute accreditation processes for Sunburn Arena and Sunburn Festival events.
• Provide operational support during live events to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee backend event operations, including P&L tracking, accreditations, F&B coordination, and other operational processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and event execution.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with solid problem‑solving skills.
