About the role

We are looking for an Executive Level N professional to join our Human Resources team in Visakhapatnam. The role supports day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring timely recruitment, grievance handling and payroll accuracy while maintaining compliance with training standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes to meet defined turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Coordinate HR‑IT actions and maintain employee data integrity.
Oversee apprentice manning and ensure proper onboarding.
Handle grievance closure and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor training compliance and maintain related records.
Process payroll and address payroll errors promptly.
Close employee claims within stipulated TAT.

Required profile

Educational qualification: MBA in Human Resources, MHRM or MSW (preferred).
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
