Executive Graphic Designer (1-2 yrs experience)

About the role

Carmesi is looking for a creative Executive Graphic Designer with 1‑2 years of experience to develop fresh, thoughtful designs for both digital and offline channels. The role focuses on lifestyle, beauty and personal‑care brands, translating brand ethos into compelling visual storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Packaging & Print Design – Create and adapt packaging artwork, ensuring brand consistency across product lines, and produce print materials such as leaflets, posters, danglers and in‑store collaterals.
• Social Media Design – Design eye‑catching illustrations for Instagram, monitor performance metrics and refine creative strategy to boost engagement.
• Advertising & Campaigns – Develop static and video digital ads for paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google, collaborate with marketing to test variations, analyze data and optimise future ads.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with lifestyle, beauty or personal‑care brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and product teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Familiarity with 3D product modelling concepts.
