Executive Business Partner – Mumbai

About the role

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the General Manager, India and the VP of India Sales. Based in Mumbai, you will enable these leaders to focus on high‑impact initiatives by managing calendars, travel, communications, and cross‑functional rhythms across markets and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain dynamic executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
• Serve as primary point of contact for HQ executives visiting India, handling logistics, local context, and meeting arrangements.
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the leaders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams, markets, and functions by managing operating rhythms and project trackers.
• Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and create systems that improve executive efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast‑growing, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and cross‑cultural fluency.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
