About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides strategic, administrative and operational support to ensure the MD’s priorities are executed efficiently. This role demands exceptional organization, discretion, digital fluency and strong stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and briefing materials for internal and external engagements.
- Manage and optimise the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, anticipate conflicts and align activities with business priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications, drafting emails and preparing meeting agendas.
- Track key projects, capture discussion points and ensure follow‑ups on strategic initiatives.
- Manage expense reporting, vendor invoicing and coordinate with finance for approvals and reimbursements.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations and plan guest visits or events.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience supporting senior leadership or C‑suite executives.
- Proven ability to produce executive‑level presentations and briefing documents.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
