Executive Assistant to EVP Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Executive Assistant supports the EVP of Hospitality Operations by ensuring smooth administrative processes, upholding brand standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This hands‑on, business‑focused position works closely with the Head of Department and key partners to achieve departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the administrative support department, maintaining property and company standards.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, delivering work promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Support departmental strategies and objectives, managing assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop personal skills and knowledge in line with the company’s growth culture.
• Work with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, meet productivity targets, and achieve performance goals.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, document best‑practice activities, and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support.
• National academic qualification preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with personal integrity.
• Ability to manage challenging priorities and deliver results.
