Team Member - Restaurant Service (Ahmedabad & Surat)

About the role

THE SKILLIONS is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join its food service team in Ahmedabad and Surat. You will deliver excellent customer service, keep cleanliness and food safety standards, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous way
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions
• Keep workstations, dining areas and restrooms clean
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Work with team members and managers to meet store goals
• Help with opening, closing and shift-change procedures
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous food service or retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to stand for long periods
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
