Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a fast‑moving logistics environment. You will act as the CEO’s right‑hand, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MIS reports and other business documents.
• Coordinate with department heads, track project deadlines and follow up on action items.
• Attend meetings, draft minutes of meeting (MOM) and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
• Handle professional email correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Collect, analyse and present business data to support management decisions.
• Maintain confidential company information and documents.
• Assist in business development, sales, operations, recruitment and other administrative activities as required.
• Conduct research on competitors, markets, customers and new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular status reports and manage urgent ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• B.Com, BBA or B.Sc (teaching background preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an executive support role.
• Full‑time availability.
