About the role

We are seeking a professional, well‑groomed Front Desk Representative to manage the reception area, welcome visitors, handle calls and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the concerned person/department.
  • Manage visitor entries and issue visitor passes.
  • Maintain visitor, courier, and front‑office records.
  • Receive and distribute courier, parcels, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding visitors and appointments.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
  • Provide basic administrative support to the HR/Admin team.
  • Handle day‑to‑day front‑office activities and documentation.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for visitors and clients.
