Executive Assistant – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Golden Sands Construction LLP, a luxury real‑estate developer in South Goa, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and senior leadership. This full‑time, on‑site role offers high impact across administration, HR, client relations, travel coordination, marketing support, government liaison and legal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general administration tasks including calls, emails, office supplies, utility payments and ad‑hoc projects such as internet setup and office interior oversight.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for office and maintenance staff, attendance tracking, payroll inputs and grievance resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, following up on payments and nurturing long‑term relationships across all sites.
• Research, book and manage executive travel arrangements, visas, check‑ins and cancellations.
• Support marketing and sales teams by coordinating with brokers to facilitate property deals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for licenses, NOCs, approvals and inspections, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on agreements, registrations and other legal instruments, overseeing the full document lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in administration, operations or office management.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Konkani or Hindi is a plus.
• Strong composure under pressure with a proven track record of follow‑through.
• Based in Goa or willing to relocate (no accommodation provided).
