Europe Travel Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Europe Travel Expert to design and manage outbound holiday packages across European destinations. The role involves creating customized itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering a seamless travel experience from initial enquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound holidays to European countries based on client requirements.
• Create detailed, customized travel itineraries covering hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and transportation.
• Maintain strong destination knowledge of major European tourist spots.
• Handle client interactions from enquiry through booking and post‑sales coordination via calls, emails, and messages.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other international suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and travel proposals aligned with client budgets and preferences.
• Ensure accurate delivery of bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, special requests, and operational issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on European destinations, hotels, experiences, visa requirements, and travel trends.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in outbound Europe travel operations.
• Proven track record in selling and planning European destinations and building itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Germany, and others.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities with suppliers and DMCs.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
