Estimation and Quantity Manager

About the role

The Estimation & Quantity Manager will act as the commercial custodian for high‑end luxury hospitality, residential and township projects at Della Resorts in Lonavala. The role blends strong financial acumen with deep technical knowledge of luxury interior fit‑outs and civil construction, ensuring projects stay within budget while upholding Della’s premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, high‑accuracy cost estimates and budgets for luxury interior fit‑outs and standard civil works.
• Create and analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM) from design concepts, architectural and GFC drawings.
• Conduct material take‑offs from architectural, interior and MEPF drawings and monitor work‑in‑progress on‑site.
• Implement value‑engineering and cost‑optimization measures without compromising luxury aesthetics.
• Validate vendor measurements, certify running account (RA) and final bills, and manage change orders and variations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, interior design and execution teams to align specifications and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.
• 6‑12 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimation, with 3‑5 years on premium turnkey luxury interior projects.
• Proven track record in budgeting, cost control and vendor validation for hospitality or high‑end residential projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for cost modelling and analysis.
