ERP Functional Analyst III

About the role

The ERP Functional Analyst III will act as the functional subject‑matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials and lead end‑to‑end projects that span finance, distribution, and supply‑chain processes. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP projects from concept through design, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, create functional specifications, and document process flows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, vendors, and business users, to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide user training, support month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close activities, and manage enhancement requests.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Applications functional consulting and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting) and O2C/P2P processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, run requirements workshops, and drive projects to completion.
