About the role
Husky TechnologiesTM is looking for an Engineering Team Leader – Mechanical to head a multidisciplinary mechanical design team in Chennai. The role focuses on delivering innovative machine platforms while ensuring quality, risk mitigation and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a mechanical engineering team composed of junior, senior and specialist designers.
- Coach, mentor and cross‑train team members to build capability.
- Oversee the design, development and release of new Husky machine platforms and critical service requests.
- Ensure products meet business‑defined requirements and align with the Husky Operating model.
- Plan and schedule design activities to meet committed delivery dates.
- Enforce quality, risk mitigation and customer‑satisfaction standards throughout the development process.
