Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

Lenskart is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to shape and amplify its employee value proposition across social platforms. You will own the content strategy, production, and performance measurement that attract top talent to our stores, warehouses, and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly employer‑brand content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Ambitionbox and other channels.
• Storyboard, coordinate, and oversee video shoots with store, warehouse and corporate teams; brief internal designers or external agencies.
• Write compelling captions and copy that align with Lenskart’s brand voice.
• Identify and feature employees as storytellers, running testimonial and user‑generated content formats.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications and business leaders to ensure messaging consistency.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and social‑sourced applications; report monthly against KPIs.
• Contribute to evolving the Employee Value Proposition and support award submissions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of employer‑branding experience, preferably in a D2C or consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong eye for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content that resonates with talent audiences.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Proven experience coordinating video production and working with editors or agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to link social analytics to hiring outcomes.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally across HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and business leadership.
