Embedded Tech Lead

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an Embedded Tech Lead to drive the design, development and integration of embedded solutions for automotive and IoT products. The position is based in Coimbatore (with potential collaboration with teams in Bengaluru) and reports to the Head of Embedded Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of embedded software components and device drivers on Linux, QNX and Android platforms.
• Architect and implement memory management solutions using NOR, NAND, eMMC and UFS technologies.
• Integrate and configure Audio/Video Bridging (AVB) and Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) features.
• Utilize debugging tools such as JTAG, Lauterbach and trace analyzers to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Automate testing and build processes with Python and Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless IP network integration.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10–13 years of hands‑on experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven teamwork skills.
