Embedded Software Architect (Embedded Control Technologies)

About the role

Looking for an Embedded Software Architect to define and drive scalable, high‑quality embedded software architecture. This role requires strong expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems, with working knowledge of connectivity technologies to support connected product development.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture.
• Define end‑to‑end embedded software architecture (drivers, middleware, application layers).
• Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS, and hardware abstraction layers.
• Define communication interfaces and integration strategies across subsystems.
• Architect systems for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Design and support integration of connectivity modules (RF, Wi‑Fi) into embedded systems.
• Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) to improve platform engineering and automation.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture/design reviews, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems and mentor development teams.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
• BE/ME degree in electronics or related field.

Required skills

• Embedded C/C++ development.
• Modular architecture and reusable frameworks.
• RTOS, drivers, BSP, and low‑level system development.
• Secure boot, OTA updates, and cybersecurity concepts.
• RF and Wi‑Fi connectivity integration.

• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks for embedded systems.
