Embedded C++ Software Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer proficient in C++ to join Bosch’s Bengaluru development centre. The role focuses on designing and implementing high‑quality embedded solutions for industrial automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain embedded C++ applications (C++14/17 or newer) for Linux‑based platforms.
• Implement multi‑threaded and concurrent components using STL, smart pointers and efficient data structures.
• Integrate communication protocols such as MQTT, Sparkplug B and OPC UA.
• Work with Protocol Buffers for data serialization and ensure performance through tuning and profiling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable software for industrial automation products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
• 4–10 years of professional experience in embedded C++ development.
• Strong understanding of Linux development environments.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a fast‑paced engineering team.
